With over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management, Meredith joined Landmark in 2022 as Vice President of Property Management. She is responsible for the overall management of Landmark’s commercial property portfolio, third party managed properties, as well as leading the firm’s business development and strategy for the property management division.

 Prior to joining Landmark, Meredith managed a portfolio of commercial properties in the Charleston and Charlotte markets for a New York based real estate investment group.  Meredith started her career in real estate in Atlanta with Post Properties, a publicly traded developer and operator of upscale multi-family residential communities. Over the course of 16 years, Meredith assumed increasing levels of responsibility and became highly skilled in tenant relations, lease negotiations and project management.

Meredith is a graduate of The University of Georgia, earning a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. Meredith resides in James Island with her family.  She enjoys staying active and fit, seeing live music, beach days on Folly Beach, and cheering on her kids baseball and soccer teams.
