Thomas Scarborough - Vice President of Property Management

With over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate management services, Thomas joined Landmark in 2023 as Vice President of Property Management. He is responsible for the overall management of Landmark’s commercial property portfolio, third party managed properties, as well as leading the firm’s business development and strategy for the property management division. Thomas strives to exceed property management exceptions through careful attention to detail, managing relationships, and delegating responsibilities. He strives to build lasting relationships with each client, their tenant, and vendor utilized across Landmark’s portfolio. 

Prior to joining Landmark, Thomas managed a portfolio of commercial properties in the Tri-County area for a regional 3rd party real estate management and brokerage firm. Thomas started his career in commercial real estate in Columbia, SC with Colliers International as an intern. His professional manner and ability to learn and understand property management promptly lead to a promotion. By the end of his first year at Colliers Thomas was promoted to Property manager, managing over 4 million square feet for multiple clients and property types. In 2019 he was awarded Colliers Service Excellence award for his diligent work onboarding the largest portfolio transaction in company history. Over the course of his career, Thomas assumed increasing levels of responsibility and became highly skilled in financial analysis, tenant relations, lease negotiations, project management, and building systems.

Thomas is a graduate of The University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Thomas resides in downtown Charleston with his English Springer Spaniel, Gladys. He enjoys all activities outdoors, is a sports fanatic whether playing or spectating, enjoys live music, exploring new places – local and abroad, and sunset cruises on his boat – Yella Fella.
