Charlotte Fonvielle – Commercial Associate

Charlotte is a Charleston native and commercial real estate professional with a background in psychology, law, and client-focused service. Born and raised on Sullivan’s Island, she brings seven years of real estate experience and a strong understanding of the Lowcountry market. Inspired by her grandmother, who owned her own brokerage, Charlotte developed an early appreciation for the industry. She graduated from Ashley Hall, earned her B.A. in Psychology from the College of Charleston, and later completed her Paralegal Certificate at Trident Technical College.

She began her career in hospitality before moving into the legal field, where she worked as a paralegal in corporate law, real estate law, and estate planning. Her experience, including assisting with the sale of her late father’s commercial properties, shaped her practical and thoughtful approach to transactions.

Charlotte represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. She is committed to providing clients with honest advice, careful attention to detail, and representation they can count on from first conversation to closing.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys the outdoors, working on projects around her home, and spending time with her family and five dogs. If you see her around town, ask her about her favorite Lowcountry spots — or which of her five dogs keeps everyone in line.
