Andrew P. Gloeckner is a commercial associate with Landmark Enterprises. Andrew joined the team in July 2022. He holds an MBA from College of Charleston with a focus in Revenue Management- maximizing the best ROI within the market. Andrew utilizes his MBA and design background experience to focus on development, investment, sales, and leasing. Andrew partners with clients who are looking for site selection, negotiation, and lease evaluation as well as Landlords who are looking to enhance their property premium visibility.

Andrew has lived in the Carolinas for over 10 years and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. After serving 6 years and managing multimillion dollar aircraft and serving as an assistant manager for over 900+ personnel, he enrolled for Landscape Architecture at Purdue University and eventually earned an MBA to pursue his passions of finance and operations in real estate and development.
