Bart Langlois – Commercial Broker

Bart J. Langlois, CCIM, is a Sales and Leasing Broker specializing in Office, Industrial and Land Sales.  He represents clients in Acquisitions, Dispositions and Tenant Representation.

Bart’s Real Estate Career started in Denver CO, where he fine-tuned his Commercial Real Estate skills focusing on Industrial Real Estate. The ocean and warm year-round weather lured Bart to Charleston in 1997 and he has been working in the Charleston Real Estate market ever since. Working for Coldwell Banker, Meridian Properties and CB Richard Ellis, Bart learned the Charleston Real Estate Market and joined Landmark Enterprises in 2010.

He attended Salisbury School before graduating from St. Lawrence University with a BA in History and Minor in Sociology. He earned his CCIM designation in 2005 and is a SIOR candidate.

When he is not working hard to find Solutions for his clients, Bart enjoys spending time on the water, fishing, golfing and exploring the Low county with his family.
