Glenn S. Goodwin – Commercial Broker

Glenn is a commercial broker specializing in the industrial and office sectors. He primarily represents buyers, tenants, landlords and owners in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. Glenn has been working in the real estate industry since 1994 covering the full spectrum of services: property management, construction management and commercial brokerage.

Glenn graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration with a Real Estate major. He is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the SC Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and has been a volunteer Board member for the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals since 2013.
