Jay Gosnear - Assistant Property Manager

Jay Gosnear was raised on the shores of Delaware, where he developed an early appreciation for coastal communities and the dynamics of hospitality driven environments, which has influenced his approach to real estate.

Jay earned his bachelor’s degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech, providing a strong academic foundation in real estate principles, financial analysis, and asset management. His professional experience includes local residential property management, as well as commercial real estate within a resort market through his family’s business.

Through these roles, he developed a well-rounded understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and the importance of responsiveness, communication, and maintaining high standards across a diverse portfolio of properties. 

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jay enjoys spending time on the water, whether fishing or relaxing at the sandbar. He is also an avid golfer and snowboarder. He follows Virginia Tech athletics and the Baltimore Ravens, and in his free time values staying active and spending time with his dog, Jetty.
