Mike Ferrer - Director of Business Development​

With over 20 years broad-based corporate and commercial real estate experience, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Director of Business Development. As the Broker-In-Charge and Principal at Ferrer Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC since 2015, he has overseen all aspects of the business, including branding, compliance, business development, staffing, HR, IT, and vendor relations. His responsibilities also encompass creating and executing marketing and brokerage plans for clients.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Communication Studies from Clemson University
