His career has been marked by a progression through various roles, including Facilities Coordinator and Lead Technician, demonstrating a breadth of expertise in building systems, construction, and project management. Paul holds professional certifications in HVAC, Aviation Systems, Computer Programming, Residential and Commercial Wiring, and more.

Paul excels in driving operational excellence and fostering collaborative environments conducive to success. His ability to plan and execute projects seamlessly, coupled with his adeptness in managing employees, underscores his capacity to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Paul enjoys fixing up anything with an engine, including dirt bikes, motorcycles, and boats.
