Developed in 1984, this 10-acre, 70,000-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Mt. Pleasant stands as one of our firm’s early cornerstone projects. Originally conceived to serve a growing coastal community, the center featured a strong grocery anchor and a diverse mix of more than 20 complementary retail tenants. Thoughtful site planning, long-term market vision, and durable construction have allowed the property to evolve over time, ultimately becoming the home of what is now a Whole Foods–anchored center, underscoring the project’s lasting relevance and success.
